We make ours with fresh cilantro — coriander leaves — which makes it brighter, greener and more alive than the version you find on the shelf. It's the chimichurri we grew up with.

Crafted with premium oils and fresh vegetables. Our secret: small-batch, handmade production with no cooking at all, for a natural, authentic chimichurri full of flavor.

How to use it

Ideal for marinating, cooking and seasoning steak, chicken, pork and fish — it lifts their natural taste instead of covering it.

And of course: spoon it over a grilled chorizo in a crusty roll. That's the choripán people line up for at our farmers market stand.
