FULLY COOKED · NO FILLERS · NO MSG · MADE WITH REAL MEAT · NATURAL PORK CASING · HIGH PROTEIN
8 packs · 32 sausages · 1 jar of cilantro chimichurri
Four chorizos — including chicken and pork & beef. Here's why that works.
In South America, chorizo means sausage — the format, not the flavor. It's a link in natural casing you grill whole, not a crumbled pork filling you fry out of a tube. So a chicken chorizo isn't a contradiction: it's the same Venezuelan recipe, made with chicken.
Everything you need to feed a crowd.
Two packs of each of our four chorizos, plus a jar of our cilantro chimichurri — the sauce that turns a grilled chorizo into a choripán. Enough for a full cookout, a big family Sunday, or a freezer you don't have to think about for a month.
- 2 × Pork Chorizo Sausage — 12 oz each
- 2 × Chicken Chorizo Sausage — 12 oz each
- 2 × Pork & Beef Chorizo Sausage — 12 oz each
- 2 × Jalapeño & Cheese Pork Chorizo — 12 oz each
- 1 × Cilantro Chimichurri Sauce — 8 oz jar
32 sausages in total. Buying it all separately costs $99.87. You save $14.88 — our biggest saving.
Why buy the Grill Party Pack
- The lowest price per sausage we sell. About $2.28 each, against $2.75 buying single packs.
- One refrigerated shipment instead of nine. This is where the pack really pays for itself. Shipping cold food is charged by the box — nine separate orders means paying it nine times.
- 32 sausages feeds a real cookout. Or it fills your freezer for a month of weeknight dinners that take five minutes each.
- The chimichurri is included, so the choripán is covered without a second order.
- Nothing goes to waste. The label allows 3 months frozen, so you can buy for the season, not for the week.
Make the choripán
Split a crusty roll, grill the chorizo, butterfly it, and spoon the cilantro chimichurri over the top. Five minutes, and it's the same sandwich people line up for at our farmers market stand.
We only serve the choripán in person — come find us at the market on weekends.
Fully cooked — just heat and sear
Our chorizos are fully cooked, so you're not cooking them through — you're bringing them to temperature and getting color on them.
- Grill — Medium heat, 5–7 minutes, turning, until hot and lightly charred.
- Skillet or griddle — Medium heat, about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Air fryer — 350°F for 6–8 minutes.
Heat to 140°F. Let them rest a minute before serving.
Cured the traditional way
Real chorizo is cured. We use curing salt the way it has always been done — it's what gives our chorizo its color, its depth and its safety. That's why we don't claim to be preservative-free: we'd rather tell you exactly what's in the pack.
What we don't use: fillers, MSG, or artificial colors.
Storage & shipping
Keep refrigerated at 40°F or below for up to 7 days. Freeze at 32°F or below for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator. Do not refreeze.
