Four chorizos — including chicken and pork & beef. Here's why that works.
In South America, chorizo means sausage — the format, not the flavor. It's a link in natural casing you grill whole, not a crumbled pork filling you fry out of a tube. So a chicken chorizo isn't a contradiction: it's the same Venezuelan recipe, made with chicken. That's what makes a four-flavor pack possible in the first place.
Can't decide? Start here.
One pack of each of our four chorizos — Pork, Chicken, Pork & Beef, and Jalapeño & Cheese. It's the fastest way to find your favorite, and the easiest thing to bring to a cookout.
- 1 × Pork Chorizo Sausage — 12 oz
- 1 × Chicken Chorizo Sausage — 12 oz
- 1 × Pork & Beef Chorizo Sausage — 12 oz
- 1 × Jalapeño & Cheese Pork Chorizo — 12 oz
16 sausages in total. Buying the four separately costs $43.96. You save $2.97.
Why buy the Variety Pack
- Four flavors, one decision. The four don't taste like versions of the same thing — the Pork & Beef carries cayenne and coriander, the Jalapeño & Cheese has real cheddar in it, the Chicken is lighter. This is how you find out which one is yours without placing four orders.
- $2.56 per sausage instead of $2.75. Same chorizo, same 12 oz packs.
- One shipping cost instead of four. Refrigerated food is charged by the box. Ordering one pack at a time is the expensive way to buy from us — the shipping you save is worth more than the discount.
- Two Variety Packs ship free. Free shipping starts at $80.
- 16 sausages is about four family dinners. Freeze what you don't use — the label allows 3 months frozen.
- It's the easiest thing to bring to a cookout. Nobody has to agree on a flavor beforehand.
Fully cooked — just heat and sear
Our chorizos are fully cooked, so you're not cooking them through — you're bringing them to temperature and getting color on them.
- Grill — Medium heat, 5–7 minutes, turning, until hot and lightly charred.
- Skillet or griddle — Medium heat, about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Air fryer — 350°F for 6–8 minutes.
Heat to 140°F. Let them rest a minute before serving.
Cured the traditional way
Real chorizo is cured. We use curing salt the way it has always been done — it's what gives our chorizo its color, its depth and its safety. That's why we don't claim to be preservative-free: we'd rather tell you exactly what's in the pack.
What we don't use: fillers, MSG, or artificial colors.
Storage & shipping
Keep refrigerated at 40°F or below for up to 7 days. Freeze at 32°F or below for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator. Do not refreeze.
